Terms and Conditions

Who We Are
CruiseClub.com and Allinclusive.com are online travel websites specializing in discount all-inclusive and non-all-inclusive resort and cruise vacations. Both sites are divisions of Allinclusive Travel Network, LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), located at 1690 S. Congress Ave., Suite 100-17, Delray Beach, FL 33445. We represent all major cruise lines and resorts at competitive prices.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking, purchase, and use of any cruise, resort, or travel-related product or service (“Travel Services”) arranged through Us, whether by phone, email, chat, or through Our website. These Terms are separate from and in addition to Our Terms of Use (which governs Your use of Our website) and Our Privacy Policy (which governs how We handle Your personal information).
By making a deposit, remitting payment, or confirming a reservation with Us, You agree to be bound by these Terms. You are responsible for communicating these Terms to every traveler listed on Your reservation.
1. Accuracy of Traveler Information
Please review Your invoice and confirmation carefully for correct spelling of names and dates of birth. Traveler names must match the passport, driver’s license, or other government-issued ID that will be used for travel. Report any errors or needed corrections to Us immediately. Fees charged by cruise lines, airlines, or other suppliers for correcting names after booking are the traveler’s responsibility.
2. Travel Documentation
It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to obtain and carry all required travel documentation, including a valid passport (with an expiration date at least six months beyond the return date), visas, vaccination records, health certificates, and any other documentation required for entry into, transit through, or re-entry from the destinations on the itinerary.
Failure to produce proper documentation may result in denied boarding, denied entry, fines, or deportation, and will not entitle You to a refund. Entry requirements vary significantly by nationality — non-U.S. citizens, including green card holders and foreign nationals, are strongly encouraged to contact the relevant consulate or embassy for each destination on the itinerary to confirm requirements before traveling. We are not experts in visa or entry requirements and cannot be held responsible for a traveler’s failure to obtain proper documentation.
3. Pre-Trip Registration and Boarding Documents
Guests are required to complete online registration with the cruise line or resort supplier — generally at least 72 hours prior to departure — using the reservation number provided. Boarding documents are typically issued electronically and must be printed prior to arrival. Incomplete registration may delay or deny boarding.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection / trip cancellation insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance is generally the only way to recover funds if a trip is cancelled for a covered reason during a supplier’s penalty period.
If Your invoice does not reflect a travel insurance charge, You are deemed to have declined coverage and agree to hold the Company harmless for any financial loss, delay, or cancellation expense that may result. If You wish to decline coverage after it has been quoted, please notify Us in writing.
Each supplier enforces its own cancellation penalties, which can be substantial and generally increase as the departure date approaches. Details are available on the supplier’s website, in their brochure, or by contacting Us directly.
5. Pricing, Taxes & Fees
Unless otherwise stated, prices are per person, in U.S. dollars, based on double occupancy, and include applicable taxes and fees at the time of quote. Government taxes, port charges, and fuel surcharges are subject to change at any time prior to departure and remain the traveler’s responsibility even after full payment has been made.
Fuel Surcharges.
Cruise lines, airlines, and other suppliers may impose a fuel surcharge in response to fluctuations in fuel costs — including on reservations that have already been confirmed and paid in full. This is not merely a theoretical risk: during periods of fuel price volatility, suppliers have historically imposed such surcharges on existing bookings, even after final payment. If a supplier imposes a fuel surcharge on Your reservation, at any time before or after Final Payment, the surcharge is the traveler’s responsibility and will be added to Your invoice, charged to the payment method on file, or billed directly by the supplier, in accordance with that supplier’s own terms and conditions. The Company does not set, control, retain, or waive fuel surcharges imposed by a supplier, and is not responsible for a supplier’s decision to impose, adjust, or decline to impose a fuel surcharge.
Pricing Errors.
Prices displayed on Our website or otherwise quoted by Us are supplied in part by third-party suppliers and are subject to human and technical error. If a Travel Service is advertised, quoted, or confirmed at a price that is obviously and materially incorrect — for example, due to a typographical, clerical, or systems error, or a price that a reasonable consumer would recognize as a mistake given the Travel Service described — the Company reserves the right to cancel or decline to honor the affected booking at any time, whether or not the booking has been confirmed and whether or not payment has been processed.
If You have already been charged for a booking cancelled under this section, We will refund the full amount paid. Where reasonably possible, We will notify You of the error and offer You the option to keep the reservation at the correct, corrected price; You may accept the corrected price or decline and receive a full refund. The Company will have no further liability to You — including for consequential, incidental, or expectation damages such as lost travel plans, alternate travel costs, or lost value — arising from a cancellation or correction made under this section.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation penalties are assessed by the supplier and apply to all reservations; not all deposits are refundable. Penalties vary by supplier, itinerary, fare type, and promotion, and are generally presented on a sliding scale that increases as the departure date approaches. Current penalty schedules are available on the applicable supplier’s website or by contacting Us.
In addition to any supplier penalty:
The Company will assess a cancellation fee of $50 per person, which may be applied toward a future reservation departing within one year of the cancellation date.
Name changes are treated as cancellations in many cases and may trigger supplier penalties.
Travel insurance may reimburse these penalties if the cancellation is for a covered reason.
7. Name Changes & Substitutions
Most suppliers allow name changes as long as at least one original passenger remains on the reservation, typically without penalty if completed before the Final Payment Due Date. Name changes or corrections made after that date may be subject to supplier fees; airline name changes after ticketing are generally prohibited. The Company may also apply an administrative service fee.
A complete substitution of all guests on a reservation is treated as a cancellation, and all applicable cancellation penalties apply.
8. Final Payment
Your Final Payment Due Date is noted on Your invoice. Full payment must be received by that date to avoid automatic cancellation by the supplier. Unless You provide specific written instructions otherwise, the Company will charge the full outstanding balance to the payment method on file within seven (7) days of the Final Payment Due Date. Rebooking or reinstatement of a cancelled reservation, if available, will result in additional charges.
9. Non-Refundable Deposit Rate Disclaimer
Non-Refundable Deposit promotions offer additional savings in exchange for more restrictive cancellation and change policies. If You have booked this fare type:
The deposit is completely non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation for personal, medical, or financial reasons.
The fare does not qualify for new promotional offers or rate adjustments once the deposit has been applied.
Changes to guest names, travel dates, or stateroom category may incur additional penalties or be disallowed entirely.
Once final payment is made, the reservation is subject to the supplier’s standard cancellation penalties.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as You book under a non-refundable deposit rate.
10. Guaranteed Stateroom / Category Disclaimer
If Your reservation includes a Guaranteed (GTY/ROH) category: stateroom or room assignments are made solely by the supplier. The Company has no control over which room is selected, and suppliers do not accept specific requests. Only the room type or category is guaranteed — not the view or location — and once a room is assigned, changes will not be accepted. If traveling with others and being together is important, We recommend booking assigned staterooms or suites.
11. Air Travel & Transfers
If airfare was booked through a supplier, non-stop flights or specific seat assignments are not guaranteed, and Your flight schedule and routing will be determined by the supplier — typically available approximately 29 days prior to departure. Frequent flyer programs, seat selection, and special requests are the sole responsibility of the traveler and are subject to the airline’s own policies. The Company has no control over air carriers, scheduling, routing, or delays associated with supplier air packages.
If You have specific airline preferences, schedule requirements, or wish to extend Your stay, We recommend requesting Custom Air Arrangements at the time of booking, for an additional non-refundable service fee plus any airfare differential.
12. Pregnancy
Pregnancy policies vary by cruise line and supplier, but in general, due to limitations in onboard and destination medical care, guests who are in their third trimester (typically 24 weeks or more) at any point during the trip are not permitted to travel and will be denied boarding. Some suppliers set an earlier or later cutoff, may require written medical clearance regardless of the stage of pregnancy, or may impose additional requirements. Please confirm the specific pregnancy policy for Your supplier prior to booking and again prior to departure. All guests may be required to sign a health questionnaire confirming awareness of the supplier’s pregnancy policy.
13. Minor Children
Travelers under 18 must travel with a parent or legal guardian, or carry written, notarized authorization from a parent or guardian. Documentation proving custody or guardianship may be required, and inconsistent documentation may result in denied boarding.
14. Special Needs, Mobility & Accessibility
We can assist in coordinating special requests and equipment rentals for guests with mobility challenges, oxygen requirements, or other special needs — please notify Us at the time of booking. Suppliers generally require guests with special needs to travel with an able-bodied companion; supplier staff and equipment are available for emergency use only.
15. Health, Safety & Communicable Illness Protocols
Travelers voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to communicable illness (including COVID-19) or other health hazards inherent to travel. Cruise lines, resorts, and destinations may impose health protocols, vaccination or testing requirements, or last-minute changes; compliance is required to avoid denied boarding or entry. Travelers are responsible for monitoring the relevant supplier’s website for current requirements.
16. Itinerary Updates & Changes
Suppliers reserve the right to modify itineraries at their discretion, with or without notice, including changes to ports of call, departure/return times, and onboard services. Suppliers may also increase government taxes and fees or apply fuel surcharges after a reservation is confirmed and paid in full; these charges are the traveler’s responsibility.
17. Travel Warnings & Government Advisories
We strongly recommend monitoring government travel advisories for Your destination. U.S. citizens can find updated information at travel.state.gov and cdc.gov/travel. The Company is not responsible for changes in advisories or entry requirements.
18. Travel Sanctions & Restricted Destinations
Certain destinations are subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We are prohibited from providing Travel Services to any individual on an OFAC-restricted list or in violation of applicable sanctions, and reserve the right to request verification of citizenship, residency, or funding source where necessary to confirm compliance.
19. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If You dispute a legitimate charge for Travel Services actually rendered — including disputes outside the applicable cancellation policy, or without first attempting to resolve the matter with Us or the supplier — We reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount by any lawful means, including through a third-party collection agency. We take payment fraud and unmerited chargebacks seriously.
20. Our Role; Limitation of Liability
The Company acts solely as an intermediary and booking agent for cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, and other independent suppliers. Suppliers are independent contractors, not agents or employees of the Company. The Company is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, performance failures, or financial insolvency of any supplier, nor for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, personal injury, illness, death, or property loss arising before, during, or after a trip, including those caused by force majeure events described below.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising from Travel Services purchased through Us is limited to the amount actually paid by You to the Company for those services. The Company is not liable for special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Company, its owners, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your breach of these Terms, Your violation of any law, or Your own acts or omissions in connection with Your travel.
22. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, extreme weather, epidemics or pandemics, or government travel restrictions.
23. Telecommunications, SMS & Call Consent
Calls to and from the Company may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes. By providing a phone number to Us, You consent to receive calls and text messages (including automated messages) related to Your booking, customer care, and — where You have separately opted in — promotional offers, subject to the terms of Our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time or HELP for assistance, or contact Us using the information below.
24. Governing Law; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, a booking, or Travel Services purchased through the Company shall be resolved solely and exclusively by binding arbitration administered in Palm Beach County, Florida, in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only; class, collective, and representative actions are waived.
25. Supplier Terms Control
The Company acts as an agent for cruise lines, resorts, and other travel suppliers. All bookings are additionally governed by the applicable supplier’s own terms, conditions, and cancellation policies, which supersede these Terms where they conflict. Please review Your supplier’s website for their current terms and conditions.
26. Acknowledgment
By remitting payment or confirming a booking, You accept these Terms, assume responsibility for communicating them to all listed travelers, and acknowledge receipt of applicable supplier terms and the risks of traveling without insurance.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Our Travel Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
