1. Sponsor & Administrator

The "7-Night Royal Caribbean Cruise for Two – Aboard Star of the Seas" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by ALLINCLUSIVE TRAVEL NETWORK, LLC, dba CruiseClub.com and FreeOnboardCredit.com, 1690 Congress Avenue, Suite 17, Delray Beach, FL 33445 (the "Sponsor").

The "Sweepstakes Group" includes Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, and employees.

Royal Caribbean International is not a sponsor, administrator, or affiliated with this Sweepstakes and bears no responsibility for its administration.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and physically located therein.

Employees and affiliates of the Sweepstakes Group, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses), or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

By participating, entrants ("Entrants") agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.

3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 A.M. PT on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 P.M. PT on March 31, 2027 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Limit one (1) entry per person, email address, and household during the Promotion Period. To enter:

Entry into the Sweepstakes is not conditioned upon consent to receive marketing communications. By entering, Entrants may elect to receive promotional communications from Sponsor. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to obtain more than the stated number of entries through multiple email addresses, identities, automated means, or any other fraudulent method.

5. Random Drawing & Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about March 31, 2027, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by phone, email, SMS, or any combination thereof. Sponsor must receive a response within 10 days of the Draw Date to claim the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is deemed ineligible, or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner through a subsequent random drawing.

The potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and any required tax documentation within 10 days of Sponsor's request.

6. Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner and one (1) guest ("Companion"), consisting of:

One (1) seven (7)-night Caribbean cruise for two (2) guests aboard Royal Caribbean's Star of the Seas in a Balcony Guarantee Stateroom (or comparable category). Taxes, port fees, and government charges are included.

A Balcony Guarantee means that a stateroom in the balcony category is guaranteed; however, the specific cabin will be assigned by the cruise line at its discretion. On Star of the Seas, guaranteed balcony staterooms may include Oceanview Balconies (with direct views of the ocean) or Neighborhood Balconies (which overlook the ship's interior venues such as Central Park or the Boardwalk). Both categories include a private outdoor balcony space.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Up to $4,500 USD (actual value may vary based on sailing date, cabin assignment, and availability).

Prize Conditions:

• Cruise is subject to availability; blackout dates may apply
• Reservation must be made within 6 months of winner notification and at least 180 days prior to sailing. Failure to book within this window will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Prize will be issued as a booking confirmation
• Accommodation is based on double occupancy
• Winner may upgrade accommodation at their own expense
• Companion must comply with Royal Caribbean's passenger policies and must execute liability/publicity releases if requested

The following are NOT included:

Airfare, ground transportation, hotels, parking, travel insurance, gratuities, onboard purchases, specialty dining, beverages, shore excursions, Wi-Fi, personal expenses, and any other costs not specifically listed above. The winner and Companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (including passports and visas, if required).

7. General Prize Restrictions

• Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed in full or in part for cash.
• Sponsor is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or schedule changes due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Prize is subject to all terms and conditions imposed by the cruise line. Winner and guest are subject to all applicable cruise line ticket contract terms, health requirements, travel documentation requirements, and conditions of carriage.
• Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or successor form) for the fair market value of the prize where required by law.
• Sponsor is not responsible for any modification, cancellation, substitution, postponement, itinerary change, vessel change, embarkation port change, or schedule change made by the cruise line. If the advertised sailing becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable cruise vacation of equal or greater value.
• Once the prize cruise reservation has been confirmed and issued to the winner, all changes, cancellations, penalties, fees, and other charges imposed by the cruise line shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Cancellation penalties, fees, forfeitures, or loss of value shall be borne solely by the winner.
• Sponsor shall have no obligation to provide a substitute prize, replacement sailing, travel credit, cash reimbursement, or rebooking opportunity if the winner or companion cancels, modifies, misses, or otherwise fails to utilize any portion of the prize after reservation confirmation.
• Failure by the winner or companion to comply with cruise line requirements, payment deadlines, travel documentation requirements, check-in procedures, health requirements, or other conditions imposed by the cruise line may result in cancellation or denial of boarding, for which Sponsor bears no responsibility.
• Failure to redeem or utilize the prize as awarded shall constitute forfeiture of the prize and any remaining value thereof.

8. Conduct & Release

By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Group from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use or misuse of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use their name, likeness, city/state, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, or any social media platform used to promote the Sweepstakes.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Sweepstakes Group is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
• Technical failures, network issues, or system errors
• Unauthorized human intervention
• Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes

Sponsor is acting solely as the sponsor of this Sweepstakes and not as an insurer, guarantor, or operator of the cruise vacation.

11. Force Majeure

If the Sweepstakes or prize fulfillment is affected by events beyond Sponsor's control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or travel disruptions), Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or substitute the prize at its sole discretion.

12. Disputes / Governing Law

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Palm Beach County, Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Winner's List

To request the name of the winner, email [email protected] with the subject line: "Star of the Seas Sweepstakes Winner Request." Requests must be received within 30 days of the Draw Date.

14. Privacy

Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
